Blackberry

A blackberry is an edible, dark-colored aggregate fruit from the Rubus genus (rose family), known for its sweet-tart flavor and rich antioxidants, vitamins (C, K, E), and fiber, commonly eaten fresh, in jams, pies, or desserts, growing on thorny bushes (brambles). Each "berry" is actually many small fruits (druplets) clustered together, distinct from hollow-cored raspberries
