Ordering

Can I use a Echoglen Gardens gift card or gift certificate to shop online?

Unfortunately, no. Gift cards and gift certificates can only be used for in-store purchases.

If an item says "sold out" online, does that mean it is sold out in-store?

Not necessarily - when we only have a few units of a particular item left in our retail store, the item may show sold out online, but may still be available in-store! Please call (403) 741-8196 for current in-store availability.

Order Pickup

How soon can I pick up my order?

Usually, orders are ready for pickup within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please do not come out to pick up your order until you receive the ready for pickup email (the first email is just an order confirmation; you will receive a second email when your order is ready)

How do I pick up my order?

Please follow the instructions in your ready for pickup notification email. When you arrive, have the email and your order number ready.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

At this time, we are offering in-store pickup only.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Non-live products can be shipped via Canada Post to anywhere Postal Service delivers.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. Please click here to view our shipping policy.

Do you ship plants?

Unfortunately, we do not ship live plant material (including potted and bareroot plants/bulbs) at this time. Plants ordered online can be picked up in-store from our location at Donalda.
