Perennials and annuals aren’t the only plants that provide color in the garden. These prairie hardy flowering bushes produce magnificent floral displays. Some are known for stunning multi-colored foliage or gorgeous fall color.

A select few are hardy to zone 4, which will survive Central Alberta's winters with some care and protection or a great micro climate.
